CCA Welcomes ‘Landmark’ Ruling that Veganism is Philosophical Belief
In a landmark legal case brought by vegan Jordi Casamitjana, Judge Robin Postle ruled that veganism is a philosophical belief which constitutes a protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010.
