Advent is the time of year when we think of others and consider what we
can do for them. Tuesday 1st December, is Giving Tuesday and
marks a time when we consider how we can support others and what
support we can give.
As always CCA is crucially dependant on the support you provide, and we
are very grateful for everything our members and supporters do for us.
Your membership fees, donations and the legacies we receive are our
lifeblood, and we would like to thank you for being so generous.
It enables us to conduct our work educating and informing people of the
plight of the world in which we live, and the message of the Catholic
Church expressed through Laudato si’ and through our history. For
example, our current campaign around the tradition of carp eating at
Christmas, and our upcoming fish conference, and the links we have
forged through this with Eurogroup for Animals and groups in Eastern
Europe. It also helps us open up new platforms, like our recently
launched podcast channel, and Instagram account, which we will be
growing and developing in the near future.
If you are considering giving to us at this time of year we would be
very grateful for your support and assistance. You can donate to CCA here.
Thank you all for all of your support and your commitment.
